Step 1: Pick The Right Color Palette
To create a cohesive and delicate Easter decor, you need to select the right color palette. For this Easter DIY, I created two Easter baskets so I picked two different color palettes.
I selected pink, white, and beige to match with my first Easter basket. For my second Easter basket, I chose yellow, orange, and white.
So, I have a more feminine and coquette look for my pink Easter basket while my yellow Easter basket feels more cheerful and radiant.
Step 2: Create Your Easter Basket
To create an Easter basket, I bought a woven planter. Then, I cut a piece of wire string and I wrapped it with twine to match with my Easter basket.
I took my newly created handle and glued it to my Easter basket. Selecting wire string as a base allows me to easily change the shape of my handle.
Next, you can customize your Easter basket with ribbon bows or lace for a cute and soft touch. I added pink ribbon bows to my pink Easter basket and yellow ribbon bows to my yellow Easter basket.
Step 3: Fill Your Easter Basket
The last step is to fill your Easter basket with your accessories. I added moss to my Easter baskets. Then, I placed small Easter eggs that fit my color palette.
Lastly, I put an Easter figurine on the moss with a Happy Easter sign.
