Step 1: Create Your Cardboard Cone
I didn’t have a Styrofoam cone for this DIY. So, I decided to create my own! I cut some pieces of cardboard and glued them together to create a cardboard cone.
Mine wasn’t perfect so it turned out more rectangular than triangular but it still worked! However, I highly recommend you go watch a YouTube tutorial instead of doing this without any guidance.
You will have a better result for this DIY with a tutorial for your cardboard cone that’s for sure!
Step 2: Glue Your Easter Eggs To Your Cardboard Cone
Once your cardboard cone is done, it’s time to place your Easter eggs on it! You can use small or large Easter eggs. You can create a multicolored or monochromatic cone.
Indeed, there are many ways to decorate your cardboard cone. I only add small Easter eggs so I created a multicolored and cheerful Easter decor.
Your Easter egg cone is going to look different depending on your interior design style.
For a coastal home, I would pick large blue and beige Easter eggs with seashell patterns while for a shabby chic home, I would pick large pink and white Easter eggs with feminine patterns.
Step 3: Customize Your Easter Egg Cone
I selected a metal mesh steel basket and I placed my Easter egg cone inside it. But you can use a small woven or wooden planter as well.
Then, I placed moss all around it with some fake flowers and ribbon bows for a delicate and joyful touch.
Once again, your Easter decor is going to look different depending on your interior design style.
For a coastal home, I would add seashells and blue flowers while for a shabby chic home, I would add lace ribbon bows and pink flowers.
