Where To Buy Materials For This DIY
Now, let’s realize our DIY, shall we?
Step 1: Create Your Easter Basket

To create an Easter basket, I bought a woven planter. Then, I cut a piece of wire string, and I wrapped twine around it to match with my Easter basket.
I took my newly created handle and glued it to my Easter basket. Selecting wire string as a base allows me to easily change the shape of my handle.
Step 2: Fill Your Easter Basket
I filled my Easter basket with small and colorful Easter eggs to create a cheerful and joyful basket!
If you don’t have enough Easter eggs, place a cardboard piece at the bottom of your basket. Then, cut holes in it so you can place your flower stems.
Add your fake flowers in the holes and fill your basket with Easter eggs. The cardboard piece will become a second and higher bottom, creating the illusion of a full basket.
I added light pink fake flowers for a delicate and feminine feel, contrasting with my radiant Easter eggs. But feel free to use bright flowers instead if that’s what you prefer!
Step 3: Customize Your Easter Basket
Next, you can customize your Easter basket with lace for a cute and soft touch. I added lace all around the top of my basket. Then, I placed a lace bow as well for a really calming and delicate touch.
There are other ways to decorate your basket. You can use ribbon bows, pearls or even shells. Just make sure that it will fit your interior design style.
Now, let’s discover the final result!
